Job Title: Attorney (Real Estate Leasing)
Location: Manhattan, NY
Salary: $200,000 - $300,000
Our client, who are an AM-ranked & well-known law firm, are seeking a talented Real Estate Leasing Attorney with 4-7 years of experience to take on commercial office leasing transactions for large, national, institutional clients. This position will be joining the team in their Manhattan office, the ideal applicant will have a strong background in high-end tenant representation, for prominent companies.

What they need:
- J.D. Degree & admitted to practice law in NY (in good standing)
- 4-7 years of commercial leasing experience, with a strong background in office leasing for institutional clients
- Proven experience in tenant representation for large-scale transactions
- Ability to commute into Manhattan a minimum of 4 days a week
- Prior Big-Law experience (desirable)
