Seeking a Process Engineer to drive production efficiency and quality improvements. This role will focus on root cause analysis, process development, and continuous improvement initiatives in a prototype build environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve design, process, and quality issues in prototype builds.
• Offer design feedback for manufacturability and assembly.
• Execute production readiness builds.
• Develop line layouts and manufacturing processes; validate documents for release.
• Design production test fixtures, assembly jigs, and tools.
• Lead Lean-based continuous improvement efforts.
• Support material discrepancy resolution.
• Develop and update process documentation.
• Provide training and technical support for engineers, technicians, and operators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
