Role Overview:

As a Functional Subject Matter Expert, you’ll support a major FBI IT project, focusing on engineering, integration, deployment, and testing of Microsoft operating systems. This role involves solving complex interoperability challenges to ensure efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy advanced Windows infrastructure.
• Use MECM/SCCM for Windows component integration.
• Manage PXE servers and establish Windows version baselines.
• Configure Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Document deployment and engineering processes thoroughly.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Windows infrastructure performance.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret clearance, willing to obtain CI Polygraph.
• 10+ years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• Expertise in Windows server environments and PowerShell scripting.
