• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage external legal counsel when necessary.
• Immigration experience is plus

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of New Jersey.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
