Position Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently while demonstrating a strong commitment to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and workplace injuries.
• Manage a high caseload of personal injury claims from initial consultation through settlement or trial.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Prepare and represent clients in court hearings and trials as necessary.
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process.
• Stay updated on legal developments and trends in personal injury law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
