Centurion Selection is currently working with a well-established construction management, design-build, and general contracting firm in Virginia Beach. Backed by a prominent developer with over 25 years of experience, our client is seeking a talented Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial projects ranging from $5 to $50 million.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day jobsite activities to ensure project milestones and overall schedules are met.

• Coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

• Regularly inspecting and walking the jobsite to maintain compliance with contract documents and facilitate proactive problem-solving.

• Leading all aspects of construction supervision, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring timely completion.

• Establishing a professional work environment that promotes effective communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution.

Key Competencies:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction 10+ years

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and "doing the right thing."
