Responsibilities of the Plant Manager:

• As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing production operations
• You will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to contribute to the overall business strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Establish and maintain quality control processes to meet industry standards.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all manufacturing personnel.

Requirements of the Plant Manager:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years in manufacturing management
• Packaging and Printing Experience
• P&L Experience
