About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medicaid Program Manager to lead and manage functional teams within our Programs department. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in data management and performance metrics . You will be responsible for overseeing complex projects related to department transitions, scaling efforts, and process improvements while using data analysis to drive decision-making and optimize operations. Your ability to analyze and interpret KPIs and other key metrics will be critical to the success of the team and the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage functional teams, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Oversee complex projects, including department transitions, scaling initiatives, and process improvements
- Utilize data managemen t tools and systems to track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs ), ensuring programs meet performance targets and goals
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for improvement across programs
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize program performance
- Leverage IT systems and technology tools to enhance operational workflows and efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless implementation of strategic objectives and key projects
Qualification
- Strong experience in data management, including the collection, organization, and analysis of large datasets to measure program performance
- Expertise in interpreting KPIs and other performance metrics to assess program success and identify areas for optimization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- Customer service and call center management experience preferred
- Prior experience in Fiscal Intermediary (FI), Licensed Home Care Service Agencies (LHCSA), Medicaid, or related fields is highly desirable
- Proven ability to use data to drive operational improvements and make data-informed decision
- Exceptional organizational skills and a track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Hours & Benefits:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
