What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating sophisticated lab instruments like Spectrometers and Fluorescence Analyzers.
• Preparing chemical solutions and performing analysis to guide the material refinement process.
• Recording data in a company-wide system and analyzing trends for quality control.
• Conducting environmental tests to support waste management and compliance.
• Playing an active role in the lab’s schedule coordination and adhering to safety protocols.

Skills You’ll Need

• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment for precise chemical testing
• Intermediate computer skills, especially with data entry systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field (preferred) or relevant experience

Additional desirable skills:

• Familiarity with ISO and quality management standards
• Experience in process improvement and data analysis
