Job Responsibilities:
Take charge of end-to-end supply chain management in a role that blends strategic planning, logistics oversight, and customer service excellence. As the Planning and Logistics Supervisor, you’ll lead and optimize logistics operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facility management, hitting key targets for productivity, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service functions.
- Develop and enforce streamlined policies for operational efficiency.
- Oversee full order cycle and maintain top-tier stock, transport, and delivery metrics.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms for cost-effective operations.
- Track and analyze performance data, driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure space optimization and adherence to regulatory standards
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in logistics or warehouse operations, with solid expertise in inventory control, fleet management, and supply chain principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis capabilities, and ERP knowledge.
- Proven experience hitting KPIs in fast-paced settings, with sharp organizational and decision-making skills.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Physical ability for warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, if needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $85,000/year
