Trademark Attorney - New York, Newark, Boston

Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark associate with 5-6 years of experience for its New York, NY, Newark, NJ or Boston, MA offices. The salary for this position is between $170k to $235k.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in trademark preparation and prosecution and licensing.
• Additional experience in trademark litigation and anti-counterfeiting and enforcement experience.
• Ability to handle a busy trademark prosecution and enforcement practice.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; team-oriented.
• JD with state bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
