This position is seasonal only, lasting no longer than 90 days.
Permanent employment past that date may be available based on store needs and your performance.

What you'll do:
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you may work in all areas of the store and will be responsible for delivering legendary service to our customers and selling our wide range of products and brands. It is the goal of everyone to seek continual improvement in all that we do.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers on the sales floor in a friendly and enthusiastic manner and determine the make, type, and quality of merchandise desired.
  • Keep shelves stocked, merchandised, tagged, and signed with appropriate pricing.
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
  • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices, including signing, pricing and loss prevention.
  • Help with cashiers or in any other departments as needed.
  • Offer and sell promotional items.
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and organized work area.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Qualifications:
  • Our stores sell a variety of items, of various sizes and weights. Sales Floor Associates are required to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally engaging in assisted lifting over 50 pounds. Any lifting over 50 pounds requires the help of a hand truck and assistance from a second employee.
  • Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Ability to learn and use Point of Sale (POS) computer operating system.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work throughout the entire Holiday season.
