- Schedule: 1 week per month of clinic coverage, Mon-Fri only 9a-5p, starting January 2025
- Job Setting: Outpatient, Clinic Trauma Level III
- Procedures: General OB/GYN procedures & job duties. Candidates will need to see patients in clinic
- Credentialing: 60-120 days
Minimum Requirements for Consideration - Board Certified/ Board Eligible: Board Certified OBGYN, Truly Board Eligible
- Certifications: BLS, DEA, PALS
- Licensure: Active Utah
