ER Physician (locum) opportunity for Morris, MN
Description:- Type: Locum-MD/DO
- Role Emergency department, responsible for tuck in orders, admissions and rounding on the overnight shift
- Annual Volume:7500 annual ED
- Shift: 8A-8A 24 hr shifts
- EMR: Epic'

- State License(s) accepted: MN
- DEA/CSR required?: MN
- COVID/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Require MMR. they offer Hepatitis B, but it s not required. They ask if they ve had a TDAP and when their last booster was. They ask about Varicella or having had chickenpox. A Quantiferon (TB blood test) is required.
- BC/BE will site accept non-boarded? Under what conditions: Board eligible is accepted
- What boards are accepted? ( EM, IM, FP) note if site accepts specialty board (ABPS) or not? Prefer EM boarded, will look at others if they have extensive ER experience.
- c. Residents Y/N and what are the details? NO
- Life Certifications needed (ATLS/CALS, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, ALSO, etc.), is ATLS waived if ABEM: 5. They need either CALS or ATLS as they are Acute Stroke and Trauma Level IV certified. ACLS, BLS
- Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: Y/N Yes
- Procedures logs needed or past amount of experience required and in what timeframe ( Ex: 2 years, 500 hrs):
- Other qualifications needed: 3 years ER experience, preferably fairly recent, or Boarded in Emergency Medicine.
