Details/Requirements:
Coverage needed in 2025 (6-8 week credentialing timeframe)
Long term locums assignment
Schedule: Any weekdays are helpful, 8am-4:30pm
Job Duties: Primary Care for adult patients (H&P, treatment, referrals, etc.)
Patients per day: up to 19
Board Certification
Age Range: 21 year old and up
