Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from a U.S. accredited institution or equivalent licensing required to comply to practice medicine in the U.S. in the instance of foreign graduate training.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and/or Geriatric Medicine
  • Valid, unrestricted license in the state which employment is located (or willing to obtain)
  • Active/Unrestricted DEA license
