Client seeking Physician for contract assignment in Hamilton, OH from October 7 - January 4. Shift needs are a 4 - 8 hour shift once weekly or 2 shifts no more than 8 hours in total. Clinic is open Monday/Thursday, 7:00am - 6:00pm with a 60-minute break; Tuesday/Wednesday, 7:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break; Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with a 30-minute break. Consistency in choice of schedule is required. Provider will see ages 2+ for behavioral health and some primary care, acute care as needed. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
