• January 6-10, 20-24
• February 3-7, 17-21
• March 3-7,17-21
• March 31-April 4
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM
• Shift: Day shift
• Average of 12 patients per shift
• Required Procedures: Botox and Occipital Nerve Blocks (ONB)
