• Seeking a Hem/Onc Locum to start as soon as credentialed!
• Practice Setting: Inpatient coverage only.
• Dates of Coverage: Needed by end of January at the latest. Needed for a minimum of nine month
• Call Schedule: 5 pm to 8 am - Call volumes low - average 1-2 calls per night
• Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 10+
• Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 1
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 months (must have MN license)
• ABMS Board Certified Hematology/Oncology - Required
• MN State License- Required
