• 285 bed hospital
• Census/Admissions:
  • 14 admissions during the night
• Open ICU
  • Intensivist on site from 8am- 5-5:30pm M-F and in am (variable hours) on weekends.
  • Intensivist on call at night
• Level 2 Trauma center
• Do locums respond to codes? Yes
• Procedures? No
• Central lines/intubations/vent management required?
  • On rare occasion, emergent central line; however, intensivist/anesthesiology usually addresses. anesthesiology is in house 24/7 and handles intubations.
• Onsite specialties available? Yes, all major specialties are available

Requirements

• Active BC
• Must have an active NY License and dedicated NY DEA
• BLS and ACLS

Support Staff

• Likely support staff will be Support staff: 7-8 docs and 1 APP during the day and night
