We are hiring Hematology/ Oncology Physician for an ongoing locum assignment in Michigan!

Job details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: Clinic 8a-5p
• Shifts Per Month: Full Time - 5 days per week. But we can accommodate part time (partial weeks or some weeks on/some weeks off)
• On Call Requirements: Rotation with 6 other physicians
• Call Ratio: 1:5
• Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed 10 months
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based cancer center. Outpatient services
• Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric
• Percentage of Practice: Assume 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology
• APPs Provide Coverage: 10
• Average Number of Outpatient Per Day: 10-15
• Average Number of Hospital Patients Per Day: 15
• Documentation System/EMR: Epic
• Procedures Required:
  -Chemotherapy - Intrathecal
  -Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrplueral/Peritoneal
  -FNA/Biopsy
  -Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters
• Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Orders Test, Orders Images & Prescribes

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Board Eligible
• MI State License or IMLC
• BLS
