Job Description
Locums - Woodruff, Wisconsin, Pain Medicine Opening (IMLC Accepted)Clinical Role:
    • Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees!
    • ASAP - Ongoing
    • 2 weeks per month, flexible for 4 to 5 days per week, 8a-4p (flexible on time)
    • Office visits, follow-up visits, procedures
    • Procedures include spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, injections
    • Act 10 is acceptable
    • No Call
    • Patients Per Shift: 15
    • Beds in Facility: 5
    • EMR: Epic
    • Board Certified - Required
    • Active WI License - Required or IMLC
    • ACLS, BLS - Required
    • Trauma Level IV
