- Support staff: 2 RNs, 5 radiation therapist, 1 dosimetrist, 1 physicist, 2 front desk team members, 1 physician
- Procedures required: 3D treatment, IMRT, SBRT/SRS treatments, Simulations, Consults, follow-ups, OTVs
- Requirements: active IL license, covid vaccine, BC/BE in Radiation Oncology
- EMR: Epic
- 90 day credentialing
