Position Overview:
A leading psychiatric group is seeking a visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead and expand system-wide behavioral health services in Western Maryland. This high-impact role involves integrating comprehensive psychiatric programs and developing an industry-leading interventional psychiatry program. The CMO will drive clinical excellence, strategic growth, and program integration, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the network.

Program Highlights:
80+ Inpatient Beds
18-bed adult unit
6 crisis beds
60 inpatient beds with planned growth
Partial Hospitalization Program
Mental Health Urgent Care (walk-in)
Outpatient Psychiatry Practice across three counties
New Psychiatry Residency Program
Interventional Psychiatry, including TMS and ETC

Work Balance: 50% Clinical / 50% Administrative
