Locums - Berwyn, Illinois, Hematology/Oncology JobClinical Role:

    • Looking for a Locum or Locum-to-Perm to join their team ASAC-ongoing
    • Outpatient Coverage: 9am - 4pm. Clinic. Must be available full time - no weekends
    • 30% Hematology
    • 70% Oncology
    • Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 remaining physician
    • Hem/Onc only practice
    • Adults only
    • No Radiation Oncology on-site, but connection to Rad Onc team
    • No APPs in practice
    • Documentation System/EMR: Epic
    • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months
    • Practice Setting: Outpatient
    • Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-20
    • Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 2
    • Board Certified - Required
    • Active IL license - Required at time of name clear
    • Local Candidate - Highly Preferred
    • Provider that speaks Spanish - Highly preferred
    • DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
