Mount Carmel plans to extend its community health and well-being programs into the Dublin community as well.
This position will be hired to staff Mount Carmel Dublin. While construction is underway, the majority of training will take place at Mount Carmel St. Ann's located at 500 S Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH 43081. We are expecting Mount Carmel Dublin to open Spring of 2025.

About the job:
I n accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Lead Therapist - Physical leads physical therapy team members by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities.
What you will do:
Assists with the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures.
Provides mentoring, monitoring, coaching, and evaluation of team members' performance, especially in the areas of productivity and quality management. Serves as a positive role model for team members by working with them to promote teamwork and cooperation.
Assists with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow, and promoting situational decision-making/problem solving.
Performs responsibilities of underlying job. Takes responsibility for, or provides guidance to team members on, the handling of complex or novel issues.
What we are looking for:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
Licensure / Certification: State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
Experience: 3 years of direct experience with demonstrated leadership skills and abilities.
