Join us and redefine excellence in corporate hospitality!Some of what you will do:Perform functions for the following programs: temporary access badges, landlord building access cards, lost & found, luggage storage, quarterly inspections for art and meeting rooms.Assist with site events in coordination with the conference services team and admins.Facilitate mail and package services.Escalate problems associated with all building services including: janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms. Submit work orders through appropriate channels.Work collaboratively with other service lines.Assist with projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, increase productivity, reduce cost, mitigate risk and create value for our Client and JLL.Perform additional job duties, as requested.Who we are looking for:RequiredHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)1+ years of experience in hospitality, facility/property management, or operationsExceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.PreferredKnowledge of commercial real estateProficiency with Google SuiteProven skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Computer literateSchedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.Pay $25.96 - 26.44 hourly#J-18808-Ljbffr
