We are actively recruiting an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Order Entry / Customer Support Associate to join our growing team in our Springboro, OH office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional support to members of the Sales Team. This includes order processing, customer interaction, order management and other duties that ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders and a world class experience for our customers. Please note, this is an onsite role.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Provide accurate and timely support and communication to the sales team, members of the inside sales team, and/or customers
  • Data entry of purchase orders and processing all appropriate paperwork for production and shipping
  • Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers; provide requested information, answer questions, research issues, respond to concerns, etc.
  • Monitor scheduled shipping dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite, as needed.
  • Assist in the RMA process where needed.
  • Assist with additional duties and projects as needed
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4+ years' experience in a similar order entry / data entry / customer support / customer service or business support role. Knowledge of customer management system a plus, but not required. Candidates should have good technical aptitude with the ability and desire to learn new programs.
The successful candidate will have experience working cross-departmentally and will have excellent communication skills. Must be customer focused and solution driven. You should have a professional demeanor, able to interact effectively with all levels, internally and externally. You must be reliable and dependable as this is an extremely important support position.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel)
  • Must be a self-starter, resourceful, creative, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Proactive problem solver able to anticipate needs and act accordingly
