Overview

The responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, supporting their branch and rental needs. This specific position will be working in the Call Center, communicating primarily through email. The CXR will also gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, customer assistance, and act as a rental back-up in a large airport branch. Qualified candidates must demonstrate honesty and integrity and remain committed to excellent performance while being driven and self motivated and supports diversity and contributes to an inclusive work environment.

The pay for this position starts at $21.46 / hour with the potential to make up to $31.46 / hour ($21.46 / hour plus shift differentials and monthly bonus opportunities). Average monthly commission bonuses range from $300 to $1400.

This position is located at Boston Logan Airport (BOS) - 15 Transportation Way Boston, MA 02128.

Schedule Available is:

  • Tuesday-Saturday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via email for all three brands (Enterprise, National, and Alamo)
  • Responsible for logging and organizing items in the Lost and Found
  • Provide daily follow up with QSPs.
  • Responsible for working with customers with overdue rentals.
  • Provide assistance with Incomplete Rentals and Returns
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned.
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must currently have a valid US driver's license
  • Must have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
