A client located in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team in the automotive industry. This position is hybrid (in office Tuesday and Thursday) and the hours are 10-7 EST. A typical day will consist of taking roughly 50-100 calls per day speaking to customers on coverage claims and adjudicating claims, handling emails and claims submitted online through the queue, and discussing/reviewing/processing reimbursement requests. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have a go-getter mentality. Salary is roughly 42-50k depending on experience.
