About the job Remote Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team for our remote work. This person will drive customer satisfaction by answering questions, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high quality service in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer communications - Respond to inbound calls and emails to answer customer questions, requests and issues.
Advise on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.
Maintain product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
Track interactions in CRM - Record customer interactions in internal system for cross-functional knowledge and relationship development.
Requirements:
High school diploma
Computer
Headset
Proven prior experience in supporting customer success (phone or in person).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to address complaints and problems with effective solutions and a positive attitude
Passion for delighting customers with service that goes above and beyond expectations
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong time management skills
