Description
A&D Mortgage is a Florida-based Nationwide Mortgage Lender providing successful residential and commercial loans for over 20 years. With a team of 200+ employees across the United States, we represent our A+++ service in 40+ states.
YOU'RE GOING TO
•Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package;
•Complete loan contracts and ensure that clients are informed about the rules and requirements;
•Submit files to the designated Underwriter;
•Ensure compliance with established rules and legal requirements;
•Follow up with clients to verify important information.
IT'S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU HAVE
•2+ years of experience as a Loan Processor;
•In-depth knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation;
•Good understanding of banking computer software and MS Office;
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
•Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills;
•Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).

COMPENSATION
•Base salary $55000+ depending on experience.
This is an on-site position only at our office in Aventura, FL.

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Loan Processor.
• In-depth knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation.
• Good understanding of banking computer software and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (knowledge to read and write in Spanish)
