Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Service Manager with Interacting with customers & team mates in a friendly & helpful manner in order to create a comfortable relationship with the customer
- Effectively scheduling service appointments
- Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment, positive, long term customer relations and associate satisfaction.
- Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
- 1 to 2 years automotive industry experience preferred
- High school diploma or its equivalency.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred)
- A professional personal appearance
- Oral and written communication skills; and an ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
