Credentialing company in downtown Denver is currently seeking a tech savvy Account Manager to join a company that delivers innovative technology with a human touch. The ideal Account Manager provides insights on client-to-business interactions, improves customer experience through product support, and handles customer issues and requests.
Pay is $23-28/hr!
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with team members to support client retention and expansion opportunities
- Primary contact for the onboarding of new customers and the training of platform end users from an IT perspective
- Provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.
- Collaborate with the Project Management, Technical, and Operations teams to set up software platforms as per customers' requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
Account Manager Requirements: - 4 years prior account management experience and stable work history
- Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and business relationships
- Capable of learning new technology and complex business process quickly
- Empathetic, positive, self-driven attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
Could be hybrid once fully trained and strong attendence
