Experience Required:
2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and requests from employees and external parties in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR-related events.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as announcements and policy updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably within Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong data management and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
