YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager, you will support our customers by providing helpful information, and providing solutions on a timely basis regarding our customers' concerns and questions. You will be the customer advocate for both our US Operational Care Center and our overseas Customer Care Locations to help ensure that customers' Customer Satisfaction Promise is fulfilled.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - You willprovide proactive consultancy to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting customer development
- You willcollaborate management, Sea Logistics operations (Operational CareCenter), and sales to ensure we are providing an enhanced customerexperience.
- You will beinvolved in Financial Excellence & Development to monitor revenueversus costs.
- You will alsoprovide Kuehne+Nagel price quotations and updates, setting the finalselling price with individual adjustments
- You will beresponsible for integrating and maintaining customer data intoKuehne+Nagel systems.
- This Establishand build Customer relationships while supporting the Kuehne+Nagel Salesteam.
- Reporting(refining and reviewing Customer requested reports generated fromKuehne+Nagel Systems)
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES - 3+ Years' Sea Logistics experience
- 3+ Years' Customer Service Experience
- You have experience with International and Domestic freight forwarding
- You have the ability to travel for business
- You have the ability to report onsite 5 days per week
