A Day in the Life of a Batteries Plus Customer Service Associate:
Don't expect the same boring routine in this position. You get to do it all - repairing phones & tablets, helping customers, rebuilding battery packs, programming key fobs & cutting keys, and much more. You will interact with a variety of people - from the individual cell phone user, to the big business in need of specialized lighting, to small business owners looking for the best source to power their fleet of vehicles.

- Must be able to lift heavy batteries
- Attention to detail needed to replace watch & key fob batteries & repair phones
- No experience necessary - all training provided
Enjoy working with Fun & Supportive Team - Learn 'inside of a battery' technology - Learn about LED and other lighting advancements - Learn how to repair phones & tablets
Training provided to use computer system, repair battery packs, replace batteries on small items like watches and key fobs, install auto batteries and more.
Advanced training and raises available for Device Repair Certification - to replace batteries and broken screens in phones and tablets; also to cut & program smart keys, and more.
Potential to grow into full-time employment.
