Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the veterinary practice to support the delivery of top-quality care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, veterinarians, support staff, and clients, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workflow to maintain a balanced and supportive work environment for our team.
  • Implement and support operational changes, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving needs of the practice.
  • Manage client communications with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for clients and their pets.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and administrative functions are handled efficiently, including billing, scheduling, and compliance with veterinary regulations.
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to foster a compassionate, service-oriented approach in all client interactions.
Requirements:
  • Veterinary Management and Technician Experience: Prior experience in a veterinary management or technician role is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Confident and effective in verbal communication with all team members, clients, and partners, as well as in written communications and documentation.

  • Compassionate Client Care: A strong sense of empathy and compassion for clients and their pets.
  • Adaptable and Open to Change: Comfortable with a flexible approach and open to adapting to new processes as the practice evolves.
  • Work-Life Balance Advocacy: Committed to supporting the team with a healthy work-life balance, fostering a positive and balanced workplace environment.
