- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in navigating company services and offerings.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure complete satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
