Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Salary: $45,000/year (based on experience and certification)
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage or assist with personal lines accounts.
• Schedule appointments and prepare applications.
• Obtain and review quotes, check policies, and request endorsements.
• Handle marketing renewals and manage claims.

Qualifications:

• Two years of customer service experience in an office related setting
• Entry-level candidates with a bachelor's degree and a willingness to obtain a personal lines license are encouraged to apply.
• This is a direct hire position offering a comprehensive benefits package upon hire.
• Prior experience in an insurance related field a plus
