Job Title: Trial Attorney

Location: Full Remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Defense Trial Attorney to join our fully remote team. This position focuses on representing insurance companies and their policyholders in a variety of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong trial experience and a passion for defending clients' interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations related to insurance defense matters.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through trial and appeals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide clear, strategic legal advice.
• Negotiate settlements and pursue favorable resolutions for clients.
• Stay updated on developments in insurance law and relevant legal trends.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative case strategy discussions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar license in (California).
• 5+ of trial experience, specifically in insurance defense or related fields.
