Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Educate customers on different cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods to help them make informed decisions
- Assist customers with product selection, ensuring their needs and preferences are met
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Adhere to all state and local regulations governing the sale and consumption of cannabis products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and open communication

Salary

$18 - $19 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be 21 years or older
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge and passion for cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Knowledge of state and local regulations governing the sale and consumption of cannabis products

- Experience working in the cannabis industry
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Knowledge of cannabis strains and their effects
- Understanding of cannabis regulations and compliance
