We're seeking an ambitious, hardworking and friendly Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to be part of our growing team in Mission Hills, CA! Our family owned agency prides themselves in providing top level customer service. This position will be responsible for assisting through administrative and customer support tasks.
Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Duties: - Assist with inbound customer calls
- Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
- Follow-up with existing and potential clients
- Review billing questions with clients
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High school or equivalent (Required)

- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (CA)
