- Customer problem resolution via the telephone
- Word processing, including general correspondence and data entry.
- Interface with customers regarding inquiries and complaints
- Effectively research internet for documentation to assist with verification requests
- Responsible for answering routine questions and issues about products and services from internal and external customers
- Effectively resolves inquiries or escalates concerns in a timely fashion
- Analyze credit files to determine cause of missing data, changes to credit data
- Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
- Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
- Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education - High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
