ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Maintain all raw material finished goods and in-process material.
•Receipt of incoming raw materials.
•Ensure proper quarantine of incoming materials.
•Data entry in ERP software for all inventory transactions.
•Maintain correct information in ERP software for purchased materials.
•Organize the shipment of finished product, samples, and equipment through packing for safe transportation.
•Prepare and issue all relevant documentation, as stated in the Nordson Medical quality system.
•Preparation of customs documentation where required and ensuring shipments (incoming or outgoing) are on-time and complete
•Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software a plus
•Maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
•Follow and adhere to all applicable procedures / policies.
•Able to use material handling equipment as necessary, including PIT equipment.
•Work safely with various cutting tools.
•Ability to stand for long periods of time.
•Manage Shipping and Warehouse supply inventory
•Ability to initiate cycle count
•Crate building/woodworking
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
•High school Diploma or GED required
•2-4 years' shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment or medical device experience preferred
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn IFS Manufacturing.
