We are currently seeking an Order Management Associate Domestic who will be responsible for providing the provide the highest quality of customer service to internal & external international customers. This includes, but is not limited to processing orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, e-mails, and live chat, processing RAs, processing change requests, coordinate international shipments with Logistics and Distribution, provide information for International Shipping related documents, maintaining the customer file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately.

What well get you doing:

+ Process sales orders with attention to detail and a high percentage of accuracy.

+ Work with Manufacturing to provide accurate lead times on items not in stock.

+ Process specialty orders including key stocks, consignments, and standing orders.

The essential requirements of the role include:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

+ 2+ years of experience with ERP systems

+ 2+ years of order processing experience

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ PC skills in Microsoft Office and Database Management

+ Experience processing or fulfilling international orders (commercial invoices, customs, etc.)

+ Effective email and phone communication with customers

The hourly range for this role is $22.00-$25.00 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
