Our challenge
As a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA), the candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture and design of Pega applications to meet business requirements. The candidate will lead technical teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions. The candidate’s expertise in Pega technology will be essential in guiding the development process and mentoring junior team members.
The Role
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
Oversee the development and implementation of Pega applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and Pega guardrails.
Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure compliance with Pega standards and guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest Pega features and industry trends to continuously improve the architecture and delivery processes.
Requirements:
You are:
Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in Pega development, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
Certifications: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is mandatory.
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
