Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/02/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel 8 Week Holiday Incentive - Piedmont is offering a holiday incentive rate for travelers willing to start on posted start date for an 8 week assignment - 36 or 48hrs options. To qualify, travelers must have no RTO and must be willing to work Christmas Eve (12/24), Christmas Day (12/25), New Year's Eve (12/31), and New Year’s Day (1/1) - they might not be scheduled all holidays but they must be available to work if needed. 36 or 48 Hour Guarantee Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS Required (NIH preferred) General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Telemetry unit with diagnoses including CHF, MI/Chest pain (pre- and post-cath), Dysrhythmias (pre- and post-device implants), Hypo-/Hypertension, Pleural effusion, Sepsis, PE/DVT/vascular issues Ratio / Census: 1:4-5; 36 Rooms with average daily census of 35 Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR Scrub Color: Navy Blue RTO: No RTO Weekends: Every other weekend Floating: Yes Call Requirements: None Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision.
