Handle a diverse caseload and manage all aspects of each case. Meet with clients to assess their legal needs, provide expert guidance, and develop effective legal strategies. Analyze complex legal issues, statutes, regulations, and case law to provide accurate and comprehensive legal opinions. Prepare and present cases in court including conducting witness interviews, gathering evidence, drafting trial briefs, and delivering compelling opening and closing statements. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in litigation. Admission to the Arkansas State Bar. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
