He/she assumes responsibility and accountability for his/her individual actions and outcomes of patient care delivered on his/her shift. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices under the supervision of a RN, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or Licensed Physician. Education and/or Experience Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable. Technical Degree is preferred. 6 months to 1 year of experience is preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration Licensed as a LPN in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required upon hire and must be maintained. Work Schedule Varied shifts; 72 hours 2 weeks 7:00 am - 7:30 pm and 7:00 pm - 7:30 am Every other weekend Every other holiday Occasional call time Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below.
